Fresh out of high school, Martina McBride signed a record deal and released her debut album The Time Has Come in 1992. The debut track “The Time Has Come” reached No. 23 on the Top Country Charts. A year later, Martina McBride released her next album The Way I Am, with her lead single “My Baby Loves Me” making its way to No. 2 followed by singles “Life” and “Independence Day”.
Martina McBride’s first No. 1 “Safe in the Arms of Love” came off her third album Wild Angels.
