When it comes to Elvis impersonators, no one holds a torch – or microphone – to Trent Carlini. At a young age, Trent Carlini was making music and performing in local clubs. After the death of Elvis Presley in 1977, Trent Carlini devoted himself to recreating The King’s musical style and signature stage presence.
In 1988 Trent Carlini was chosen to perform in the Annual Birthday Tribute to the King and performed with Elvis’ own vocalists. Trent Carlini would perform at the birthday tribute for 10 more years after his debut. In between performances Trent Carlini was traveling the world showcasing his skills as The King. Over the years Trent Carlini has appeared in many TV shows as Elvis, from the Oprah Winfrey Show to NBC Nightline.
In 2007 Trent Carlini won ABC’s Next Best Thing Celebrity Impersonator contest and was also voted “Entertainer With The Most King-Like Charisma” at Global Record’s Star Search contest in Dallas, TX. Trent Carlini has starred as The Dream King in The Musical History of the King in Las Vegas. With King-like charisma, a series of costume changes, a rockin’ band and backup singers, Trent Carlini has proved himself one of the best Elvis impersonators around.
