Cavalera Conspiracy Tickets

Cavalera Conspiracy marks the first time in 12 years that Brothers Max and Igor Cavalera have worked together since their childhood band Sepultura disbanded in 1996. The pair was joined by Soulfly guitarist Marc Rizzo and Gojira bassist Joe Duplantier. Cavalera Conspiracy’s debut album Inflikted contains guest appearances by former Pantera bassist Rex Brown and Max Cavalera’s son Richie.

Inflikted peaked in the top half of the Billboard 200 and features the songs “Sanctuary” and “Terrorize.” The album has been described as similar to the Cavalera Brothers’ early albums with Sepultura, which were a mix of death and thrash metal mixed with punk rock. Inflikted’s album cover pays homage to punk rock pioneers Black Flag.

Due to his responsibilities to Gojira, bassist Joe Duplantier will not tour with Cavalera Conspiracy and has been replaced by Fireball Ministry bassist Johnny Chow. Cavalera Conspiracy will embark on a summer tour of the U.S. with bands the Dillinger Escape Plan and Throwdown. Cavalera Conspiracy will also take part in the 2008 Monsters of Rock festival in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with Ozzy Osbourne and Judas Priest.
