Five Finger Death Punch Tickets

Guitarist Zoltan Bathory and vocalist Ivan Moody formed the thrash metal band Five Finger Death Punch (5FDP) in Los Angeles, California. The pair recruited guitarist Darrell Roberts and drummer Jeremy Spencer, both of whom had played in a reformed version of W.A.S.P., fronted by singer Blackie Lawless. 5FDP’s lineup is rounded out by bassist Matt Snell. Five Finger Death Punch released a three-song EP called Pre-Emptive Strike in 2007, which is only available on iTunes.

In that same year, Five Finger Death Punch released its first full-length album The Way of the Fist on Firm Music. The 10-track album featured the songs “Can’t Heal You” and the lead single “The Bleeding,” which peaked at No. 9 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. The Way of the Fist impressively broke onto the Billboard 200 and peaked at No. 2 on the Heatseekers chart, selling over 100,000 copies.

Five Finger Death Punch has toured with the band Korn several times. In 2007, 5FDP headlined the second stage – also called the Guitar Hero II stage – alongside Otep, The Vanished and Droid on Korn’s Family Values tour, which also featured the headliners Evanescence, Flyleaf and Atreyu.

Five Finger Death Punch opened for Korn on its headlining North American tour in 2007 along with Flyleaf, Droid and Hellyeah.
