Hinder Tickets

Formed in 2001 as a small, local Oklahoma City band, by 2004, Hinder signed with Universal, working on their debut studio album Extreme Behavior. Hinder began to play smaller venues in their hometown to small crowds, building a loyal fan base of local fans. In the latter part of 2001, Hinder released an EP entitled Far From Close. While Far From Close only sold 5,000 copies, the EP put Hinder on the rock music radar.

Hinder released Extreme Behavior in 2005 amid much anticipation and hype. While Extreme Behavior sold well among post-grunge rock loyalists and Hinder fans, the album ultimately failed to chart in the US. Extreme Behavior did spawn a few hits, including “Better than Me” and “Lips of an Angel,” which peaked on the Billboard Hot 100 chart at No. 31 and No. 3 respectively.

In 2007, two years after Extreme Behavior’s original release and amid the popularity of the single “Lips of an Angel,” Hinder released a limited edition DVD/CD combo entitled You Can’t Make This Sh*t Up, featuring footage from some of Hinder’s live performances and remixed hits from Extreme Behavior. Hinder is currently working on their newest studio album Take it to the Limit. The first single from Take it to the Limit called “Use Me” is expected to hit airwaves in July 2008.
