Nickelback helped Alternative Rock make the jump from the 1990s to the 21st century with driving riffs and soulful lyrics. Songs from “Leader of Men” to “How You Remind Me” have stayed Alternative-radio staples for the better part of a decade. Along the way, Nickelback has sold out thousands of venues, sold millions of albums, and won a slew of awards.
With the charismatic Chad Kroeger as one of the most well known frontmen in the business, Nickelback will rock the world with a 2009 tour that has already broken records. Order your premium Nickelback tickets from OnlineTickets.com today!

9/12/2009 The Woodlands, by far the best concert I have been too 2nd only to Aerosmith. This guy loves his job and his fans, gave his all, Thank you Chad for a great show.

Went to see the guys last night in houston and they were aweful. lip syncing and getting drunk. My husband and I left about half way through it. He even admitted to lip syncing and then it just got worse. I wanted our nickles back for that concert. No longer a freind of Nickelback, what a ashley simpson mess up.... blah blah blah

I am so disappointed, just got back from Veags and saw Nickelback.
They are better than that performance...........enough said

Took the wife last night to the ALLSTATE Arena in Rosemont IL, blew us away, couldnt have asked for a better show, Saving Abel and Seether were the perfect warmer uppers if you will, from 7 pm to midnight we were breathless. We actually are considering catching them again before they are done.
Awesome Venue NB keep it up...

I completely agree with Yenko 427 above. The fact that these guys recieve so much flak from critics is more evidence than anyone will ever need that stupidity is now the norm and "in-thing" to be. These guys blow the roof off any place they perform, and give it their all every single time. I've seen the likes of AC/DC, Aerosmith, and Pantera in concert, and these guys rank right up there with them in terms of stage show and performance.

Don't listen to the critics or the indie kids, no one puts on an arena show like Nickelback. Take you friends and lose yourselves for a couple of hours.

As Grunge and the Seattle scene of Alternative music began to fade away, Nickelback was just getting started in the Great White North. Nickelback would spearhead a new brand of Alternative music, along with bands such as Staind, Seether, and 3 Doors Down that would take Alternative into the new millennium. Blending many of the same themes of Grunge with a more mainstream sound, Post-Grunge was born, and Nickelback benefited.
Nickelback originally released indie debut Curb in 1996. Curb was surprisingly popular for an independent record, selling 100,000 copies. “Fly” was the first-ever video and single released by Nickelback. The 1998 album The State would prove to be the breakout release Nickelback needed. Single “Leader of Men” was a No. 8 hit and led to The State going gold. Nickelback was set to storm the charts with their next release.
The 2001 album Silver Side Up would become one of the first landmark albums of the 21st century. No. 1 hit “How You Remind Me” became glued to music channels and radio station playlists. “Too Bad” and “Never Again” were two more hits that carried Silver Side Up to eventual six-time platinum success in the U.S. and millions more copies were sold across the world. Follow-up album The Long Road was another multi-platinum hit, thanks to singles “Someday”, “Figured You Out”, and “Because of You”.
Nickelback had their deepest and best selling album to date All the Right Reasons released in 2005. On the strength of singles “Photograph”, “Far Away”, “Savin’ Me”, “Side of the Bullet”, and “Rockstar,” All the Right Reasons went on to go seven-times platinum. In 2009, Nickelback released Dark Horse, featuring singles “Something in Your Mouth” and “Gotta Be Somebody”. After a blockbuster 2008 tour, Nickelback will rule the road in 2009.
