Went to opening night on February 21, 2009. What an amazing show!! I want to go back.

Rising to fame as part of Sonny and Cher in the 1960s, Cher would enjoy greater success as a solo artist, known best for her signature voice and daring – yet trendsetting – fashion. During the 1970s, Cher recorded several albums, topping the charts with songs such as “Half Breed” “Gypsies, Tramps, and Thieves,” and “Dark Lady.” In the 1980s, Cher would deliver a handful of critically acclaimed performances on the Broadway stage and big screen, including Silkwood and Moonstruck.
To bookend the decade, Cher returned to her music career, releasing the album Heart of Stone, which spawned the iconic hit “If I Could Turn Back Time” and the Peter Cetera duet “After All.” In 1991, Cher released Love Hurts featuring singles “It’s in His Kiss (Shoop Shoop Song)” and “Love and Understanding.” After slowing down her recording schedule and limiting her public appearances, it wouldn’t be until 1998 that Cher would return to the spotlight.
Cher’s 23rd studio album Believe, boasting Dance-Pop ditties such as No. 1 hit “Believe” and “Strong Enough,” proved to be a commercial and critical success. Follow-up album Living Proof led to Cher’s Farewell Tour, also known as the Never Can Say Goodbye Tour, which spanned from June 2002-April 2005.
