There isn't a bad seat in minute maid and the fans are always great. I'm not sure how Hampton will do this year but I think the 'Stros are comming back big.

In true “out with the old, in with the new fashion,” the Houston Astros have definitely shaken things up during the offseason. With Craig Biggio headed for Hall of Fame glory, fans with Houston Astros tickets are counting on “Big Puma” Lance Berkman, “El Caballo” Carlos Lee, Miguel Tejada, and fan favorite Hunter Pence to knock out the hits and drive in runs in 2009.
With Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez behind the plate, watch “The Wizard” Roy Oswalt work his magic from the mound, while Wandy Rodriguez, Mike Hampton, LaTroy Hawkins, and Doug Brocail round out a dominating pitching corps. Closer Jose Valverde pitched lights out, tallying an NL-best 44 saves in 2008. Skipper Cecil Cooper will have plenty of talent to work with and will try to build on last season’s second-half success.
The Houston Astros will need to best their respectable 86-75 record of 2008 if they want to keep pace in the NL Central – one of the best divisions in baseball. The always bitter rivalry between the Houston Astros and St. Louis Cardinals headlines the division battles, with the Chicago Cubs and Milwaukee Brewers offering stiff competition to boot. Don’t miss a real Lone Star State duel as the Texas Rangers and Astros vie for the coveted Silver Boot.
With a tough schedule and even tougher competition ahead, you can bet that the Houston Astros – much like the hometown Houston Rockets and rising Houston Texans – will be the hottest Houston tickets in town. Follow the ‘Stros on the road and at home inside Minute Maid Park when you order premium Houston Astros baseball tickets from OnlineTickets.com today!
