If nothing else, new Denver Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels is a gambler. Installing a new offense and defense along with plenty of new players mean that the Broncos will be a horse of a different color from the 8-8 2008 team of Mike Shanahan. 2009 could bring great things for the proud Colorado franchise.
Whether it’s QB Kyle Orton spreading the field or CB Champ Bailey patrolling the secondary, catch all of the Broncos’ big-time players on the road or at home inside INVESCO Field at Mile High. Order Denver Broncos tickets from OnlineTickets.com today!

Since the arrival of head coach Mike Shanahan in 1995, the Denver Broncos have been one of the top teams in the NFL. However, Mike Shanahan is gone now, replaced by young Josh McDaniels. The Mile High City is in a state of flux thanks to a slew of changes, including a switch from the West Coast offense to the vaunted Spread and a tricky transition to the 3-4 defense. Of course the biggest story may be the trade of franchise quarterback Jay Cutler.
Veteran QB Kyle Orton was brought over from the Chicago Bears and the Denver Broncos hope he is a perfect fit for the Spread Offense. Talented WR Brandon Marshall leads the small army of receivers needed to make the offense work and has plenty of help from the likes of Eddie Royal and Brandon Stokley. Rookie RB Knowshon Moreno and RB/FB Peyton Hillis lead the ground attack. The Denver Broncos are switching to a 3-4 defense and expect big things out of veterans like CB Champ Bailey, OLB Elvis Dumervil, and ILB Andra Davis.
The quest for the top spot in the AFC West will be a difficult one. The Oakland Raiders are on the rise, and the Kansas City Chiefs are an unknown factor as they rebuild to fit a new administration. The current top dogs of the AFC West are the San Diego Chargers, who often match up with the Denver Broncos in classic games. The Denver Broncos will also have to play to elite NFC East in the 2009 season, which brings the likes of the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles.
INVESCO Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado plays home to the Denver Broncos. Not only is the stadium an architectural marvel, but the thin air of the Mile High City allows the ball to travel farther, leading to long bombs and nearly impossible field goals.
