Brad Paisley  Brad Paisley

With a history of chart-topping hits, critically acclaimed albums & pure-country sound, Brad Paisley rules Country music!

Brad Paisley: Growing Up
Born on October 28, 1972, Brad Douglas Paisley became enamored by country music at an early age. Brad Paisley’s grandfather handed Brad his first guitar at the age of eight. It wouldn’t be long before a 12-year-old Brad Paisley would pen his own song; by age 13, Brad Paisley was already opening up for country-music legends like George Jones, The Judds, Ricky Skaggs, and more.

After graduating from high school in West Virginia, Brad Paisley would eventually earn a full ASCAP scholarship to Nashville’s Belmont University, where he would meet future producer Frank Rogers and future songwriting partner Kelley Lovelace. Brad Paisley inked a songwriting deal with EMI Music Publishing, writing the Top 5 hit “Another You” for country-music singer David Kersh and the single “Watching My Baby Not Come Back” for David Ball.

Brad Paisley: Who Needs Pictures
In early 1999, Brad Paisley made his formal debut into the country-music scene by co-writing and playing every single guitar part on his album Who Needs Pictures. Brad Paisley’s touching single of the same name shot to No. 12 on the Billboard Country chart. Before the year was over, Brad Paisley scored his first No. 1 hit song with “He Didn’t Have to Be,” a touching story-song inspired by Kelly Lovelace and her stepson.

Brad Paisley: A Rising Star
Brad Paisley garnered the 1999 ACM Award for “Top New Male Vocalist of the Year,” which has been won by the likes of Merle Haggard and George Jones and Randy Travis in the past. Brad Paisley went on to win the 2000 CMA Horizon Award to boot. Not long after, Brad Paisley earned his first-ever Grammy nomination for “Best New Artist.” Brad Paisley was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in February 17, 2001.

While still a relatively new face on the country-music scene, Brad Paisley’s list of achievements and fan base continued to grow as more and more listeners tuned into Brad Paisley’s pure and simple, down-home country sound. Fans bought Brad Paisley tickets to see the country crooner performing on his first European tour alongside the likes of Reba McEntire, Ricky Skaggs, Jo Dee Messina and many more. Brad Paisley tickets invited fans to listen to Brad Paisley live during a busy 2000-01 tour schedule.

Brad Paisley: Back for Part II
Brad Paisley’s sophomore effort Part II hit the stores in 2001 and went on to become the second platinum-certified album for the rising country star. The singles “Two People Fell in Love,” “Wrapped Around,” “I’m Gonna Miss Her (The Fishin’ Song),” and “I Wish You’d Stay” all soared up the Billboard country charts, each achieving Top 10 success. Brad Paisley’s music video for “I’m Gonna Miss Her (The Fishin’ Song)” – which featured his future wife Kimberly Williams of Father of the Bride and According to Jim fame – earned the 2002 CMA Award for “Music Video of the Year.”

Brad Paisley: Mud on the Tires
With the back-to-back success of Who Needs Pictures and Part II, Brad Paisley was earning a reputation as a hit machine. Brad Paisley’s third album Mud on the Tires was released in 2003 and spawned a string of wildly popular, chart-topping singles, including “Mud on the Tires,” “Little Moments,” “Whiskey Lullaby” featuring Alison Krauss, and “Celebrity” – which featured tongue-in-cheek song lyrics that commented on show biz today. In support of Mud on the Tires, Brad Paisley would head into Summer 2003 with a packed schedule of tour dates. Fans with Brad Paisley tickets could listen to Brad Paisley while on tour with the likes of country-music supergroup Brooks & Dunn and a number of solo headlining dates as well.

Brad Paisley: Time Well Wasted
Brad Paisley tickets flew out of the box office during the critically acclaimed Two Hats and a Redhead Tour, starring Reba McEntire, Terri Clark, and Brad Paisley. After touring, Brad Paisley wasted no time in releasing his fourth studio album Time Well Wasted in 2005. Time Well Wasted produced the humorous “Alcohol,” and the duets “When I Get Where I’m Going” and “Out in the Parking Lot” with Dolly Parton and Alan Jackson, respectively. A couple of Brad Paisley songs could also be found on the soundtrack for the Disney animated movie Cars.

Brad Paisley’s collection of awards continued to grow with the album Time Well Wasted scoring the CMA Award and ACM Awards for “Best Album” in 2006. Brad Paisley received plenty of love at the 2006 Grammy Awards, where he was nominated for four awards for his work on Time Well Wasted. Brad Paisley tickets for his supporting Time Well Wasted Tour were a hot sell and featured tour mates Sara Evans and Josh Turner. Over the course of the tour, upwards of 200,000 fans with Brad Paisley tickets turned out to listen to Brad Paisley in concert.

Brad Paisley: Kicking into 5th Gear
In June 2007, Brad Paisley released his fifth album 5th Gear. The leadoff single “Ticks,” the humorous “Online” and “I’m Still a Guy,” and the reflective “Letter to Me,” all shot to No. 1 on the country-music charts. Brad Paisley toured in support of 5th Gear during his 2007 Bonfires & Amplifiers Tour. Brad Paisley tickets were in high demand at each of the nearly 100 tour dates on Brad Paisley’s touring schedule. Over 1,000,000 fans with Brad Paisley tickets were able to listen to Brad Paisley live.
