New Kids on the Block Tour: Album
New Kids on the Block released their third pop album Step By Step to eager teen and NKOTB fans on June 5, 1990. The album was a hit at home, reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and abroad where it hit No. 1 on the UK Albums chart. Step by Step’s first single was the title track, which was released in June 1990. The “Step by Step” single spent three weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and sold over 6 million copies worldwide.

New Kids on the Block had several hits from Step by Step including “Tonight” and “Call it What You Want.” New Kids on the Block mania was in full swing as New Kids on the Block fans raced to buy all things New Kids on the Block such as tickets, pillowcases, comic books and action figures! The pay-per-view special New Kids on the Block: No More Games Live! was filmed in Rhode Island in front of excited fans with New Kids on the Block tickets.
