Shout at the Devil Lyrics:
Shout shout shout
Shout shout shout
Shout at the devil
He's the wolf screaming lonely in the night
He's the blood stain on the stage
He's the tear in your eye
Been tempted by his lie
He's the knife in your back
He's rage
He's the razor to the knife
Oh, lonely is our lives
My heads spinnin' round and round
But in the seasons of wither
We'll stand and deliver
Be strong and laugh and
Shout shout shout
Shout at the devil
Shout shout shout
He'll be the love in your eyes
He'll be the blood between your thighs
And then have you Cry for more
He'll put strength to the test
He'll put the thrill back in bed
Sure you've heard it all before
Risk in the kiss
Anger on your lips
Run scared for the door
But in seasons of wither
We'll stand and deliver
Be strong and laugh and
Shout shout shout
Shout at the devil
Shout shout shout
Shout at the devil
He's the wolf screaming lonely in the night
He's the blood stain on the stage
He's the tear in your eye
Been tempted by his lie
He's the knife in your back
He's rage
He's the razor to the knife
Oh, lonely is our lives
My heads spinnin' round and round
But in the seasons of wither
We'll stand and deliver
Be strong and laugh and
Shout shout shout
Shout at the devil
Shout shout shout
Shout shout shout
Shout at the devil
Shout shout shout
Shout shout shout
Shout at the devil
Shout shout shout
Shout shout shout
Shout at the devil
Shout shout shout
Shout shout shout
Shout at the devil
Shout shout shout
Shout at the Devil: Legacy
Bands like Motorhead may have truly started Metal, but it took the Glam bands of the 1980s to make Metal a hit genre that still draws millions of fans to this day. On the forefront of the prolific L.A. scene was Motley Crue and their debut album Shout at the Devil. Motley Crue tickets to small clubs had sold well for years, but Shout at the Devil was the commercial break the band needed. With bits of Aerosmith mixed in with Black Sabbath and heavier bands, Shout at the Devil sold Motley Crue tickets to both classic Metal fans and a new generation of followers.
Hits “Too Young to Fall in Love” and “Looks That Kill” may have been radio hit singles, but “Shout at the Devil” became the favorite cut off the album for diehard fans with Motley Crue tickets. While some of the trademarked decadence of Motley Crue was there, heavier guitar riffs and darker lyrics joined in the fun to make an unheard of sound. “Shout at the Devil” used the traditional sex and drugs themes but added darker symbolism reminiscent of bands like Dio and Iron Maiden.
Shout at the Devil: 2009 Tour
Fans with Motley Crue tickets still cannot get enough of “Shout at the Devil” and the non-single is often valued in the set list over a ton of better-known hits. After the successful Crue Fest tour in 2008, Motley Crue is on the road again to bring their discography of hits and hard lifestyle to fans new and old. Whether they are rocking to “Shout at the Devil” or hoisting lighters to “Home Sweet Home”, fans with Motley Crue tickets always get their money’s worth from one of music’s most influential bands.
