The lyrics of “Dark Lady” were penned by Johnny Durrell and tell the story of a woman who visits a fortune teller (The Dark Lady). The Dark Lady advises the woman to break up with her boyfriend. In a bizarre love triangle, it turns out that her boyfriend was being unfaithful to her with the Dark Lady. In a fit of rage, the woman shoots both her boyfriend and the dark lady at the end of the song.
