The Bradley Center is a high-quality, and well-built gift (literally) from philanthropists Jane Pettit and Lloyd Pettit to all the people of Wisconsin. Wrapped in a hard-to-miss red and pink granite exterior, this colossal gift (spanning nearly 6 acres of downtown Milwaukee) was first opened in 1988. The Bradley Center is filled with spectators (up to 20,000) who come to watch the home-team NBA Milwaukee Bucks, NCAA Marquette University basketball team, AHL Milwaukee Admirals, and a plethora of concerts, family productions and other shows. The Bradley Center also features 68 suites, 12 concession stands, glass-enclosed lobbies, and a spectacular skylight system. Undoubtedly, there are plenty of sights and sounds inside the Bradley Center – the gift that truly does give back to over 2 million guests each year.
