As far as up-and-coming Pop/Rock bands are concerned, Paramore breaks the mold. The Nashville natives exploded onto the Pop/Rock music scene with breakthrough album All We Know is Falling. The members of Paramore include brothers Zac and Josh Farro, Jeremy Davis and Hayley Williams who prove that big things really do come in small packages.
After the members of Paramore met at private school, they began jamming in various garages. The first song Paramore wrote together was “Conspiracy”, which would debut on the All We Know is Falling album released in 2005. Other popular singles from All We Know is Falling include “Emergency”, “All We Know” and “Pressure”.
The success of All We Know is Falling allowed Paramore to tour with bands like Amber Pacific and Cute Is What We Aim For. At the end of its touring season, Paramore immediately began recording its second studio album Riot!, which proved successful with the help of the singles “Misery Business” and “That’s What You Get”. Though “Misery Business” was a particularly accomplished song, Paramore really go their big break with tours alongside Indie giants like Jack’s Mannequin and Jimmy Eat World. 2009 would be a magical year for Paramore from start to finish. Firstly, single “Decode” from the Twilight soundtrack became one of the hottest songs of the year. Paramore also joined No Doubt on tour, serving as the openers for the sellout reunion tour.
Paramore even dropped a new album in 2009, Brand New Eyes which wasa hit with critics and fans, despite the loss of a few key members. With Haylee Williams becoming one of the top female singers in music, Paramore grew even more popular with album Singles Club. Gaining attention for their incredible live act, Paramore has become a staple of festivals around the globe. In support of newest album Paramore, the band will take their music to stages around the world in 2014, including a stop at the iHeartRadio Music Festival.
