- Internet sales are not in real time; therefore, all tickets are subject to availability and change.
- Ticket availability and prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
- Ticket prices and availability are not guaranteed until orders are processed.
- OnlineTickets.com further reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
- We will contact you if the tickets you ordered are no longer available or if we are unable to fill the order as you requested.
- We may offer you alternate seats if the original seats you requested are not available. We may also direct you back to our online ordering site to review current inventory.
- We reserve the right to upgrade your tickets for the same price.
- All sales are final! No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
- In the event of a rescheduled show:
- No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
- If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show.
- New tickets will not be issued.
- In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the venue for a seat to a future game that is still available.
- In the event of a cancelled show which has no reschedule date:
- A full refund will be issued to the purchaser, less shipping and handling charges, provided the following occurs.
- The tickets must be returned to this office within ten (10) business days of the original event date.
- After ten (10) days of the original event date, you may need to return tickets directly to the box office for a face value refund only.
- We suggest you return the tickets via certified, insured mail, or Federal Express. OnlineTickets.com is not responsible for any messenger charges incurred.
- Overpayment or Advanced payments are non-refundable, and will be issued as store credit only.
- Typographical Errors
- In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, OnlineTickets.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
- OnlineTickets.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been processed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, OnlineTickets.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
- Backorders.
- In many instances, tickets for events such as the Super Bowl are not released until just before the event date.
- OnlineTickets.com will take secure orders months in advance.
- We take a nonrefundable deposit.
- We secure the area and price of the ticket.
- Upon receipt of the deposit, the order is guaranteed and so is the price.
- If the order is not guaranteed, you will always be informed at the time of the order.
- Ticket Prices.
- Due to the cost of securing tickets along with the service that is provided, all seats are sold at above face value.
- Prices quoted include a service charge over the face value.
- The service charge varies with each ticket and depends on seat quality, supply and demand, and our cost of acquiring premium tickets.
- For seats to very popular events, the service charge can be several times the face value.
- All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is processed.
- All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Processing Orders.
- You will be notified by telephone or email(preferred) once your order is processed.
- OnlineTickets.com is not responsible for email confirmation not received.
- Orders placed after 5 PM C.S.T. weekdays, holidays or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day.
- OnlineTickets reserves the right to require a credit card authorization form on any order it deems necessary.
- When a credit card authorization form is required or requested, it must be provided before we can continue to process the order. Until the form is received we cannot reserve your requested tickets.
- Tax.
- Tax is collected for tickets for events in states that OnlineTickets holds an office location.
- We collect tax as required by law.
- Generally any event that takes place within the Chicago city limits requires that we collect an entertainment tax that is variable up to 7%.
- All Texas events require that we collect an entertainment tax of 8.25% percent, unless purchased by a not-for-profit organization. Not-for-profit organizations may only purchase tax-deductible tickets in person or by phone. Proof of a “not-for-profit” license may be required. Contact our sales team at sales@onlinetickets.com for more details.
- Selling tickets to OnlineTickets.com.
- When selling tickets to OnlineTickets.com, the following has to be strictly adhered to.
- The selling party shall not provide fraudulent information or be involved in the transfer of counterfeit tickets or passes.
- A faxed or scanned copy of the actual tickets and the seller's legal identification may be required.
- For large transactions, you authorize OnlineTickets.com to do financial and criminal background checks.
- The selling party is liable for any loss associated with selling fraudulent or counterfeit tickets.
- For any harm that comes to OnlineTickets.com, the selling party agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of ten (10) times the value the tickets were sold for.
- Any fraudulent or counterfeit ticket transaction will be forwarded to local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies for civil and criminal prosecution.
- Delivery.
- Tickets are delivered using an express courier service, such as Federal Express.
- We require a signature on all deliveries.
- The courier must deliver to the address on the package.
- The courier cannot deliver to any other address.
- If there are specific delivery requirements, we need to know when you place your order.
- Credit Card delivery requirements (this is for your protection).
- Tickets are only sent to your credit card billing address.
- Your address will be verified with the credit card company, so the exact address where the statement is mailed is needed.
- In the event you need to ship to an alternate address, the following will apply:
- You will need to complete, sign and fax or scan us a credit card authorization form.
- We may also require a signed copy of the invoice.
- A copy of your driver's license or passport, and credit card.
- The copy of the credit card should be front and back.
- The order will be cancelled if the above documentation is not provided to OnlineTickets.com.
- Delivery without signature.
- You will need to complete, sign and fax or scan us a
credit card authorization form.
- We may also require a signed copy of the invoice.
- A copy of your driver's license or passport, and credit card.
- The copy of the credit card should be front and back.
- The order will be cancelled if the above documentation is not provided to OnlineTickets.com.
- The ticket purchaser will accept 100% liability if the package is lost or stolen without obtaining a signature.
- Re-Routing
- A $30.00 fee will be charged for shipments that either are re-routed after leaving our office or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
- Errors such as incorrect zip code, incorrect or missing apartment number, or other addressing error will result in the $10.00 fee being charged.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any resulting claim for tickets that are delivered late or not at all due to incomplete, inaccurate or missing information from your credit card authorization form.
- Delivery time
- Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event.
- If you do not receive your tickets at least 2 days prior to the event, you must call or e-mail our office so we can track your shipment.
- OnlineTickets.com is not responsible for late deliveries if you do not call us at least 2 days prior to the event to advise us that you have not received your tickets.
- In the event you specify to “pickup” your tickets from the Houston or Vegas office, your tickets are held at the location specified below. Once the “pickup” option is chosen, OnlineTickets.com is not responsible for tickets not picked up or if the purchaser cannot pick up the tickets from the office for any reason.

- For your protection, OnlineTickets.com cannot release tickets to someone other than the purchaser.
- All international clients purchasing a Las Vegas event ticket MUST pick up their tickets from the OnlineTickets.com Las Vegas Office. However, for a $25 fee, international clients may receive their tickets at their hotel, incumbent upon their completion of a credit card authorization form.
- Electronic Delivery
- OnlineTickets requrest a credit card authorization for all electronic deleivery orders.
- OnlineTickets cannot be held responsible if e-mail is blocked, treated as junk mail, or otherwise not received due to the recipient’s personal e-mail settings or other electronic transmission problems beyond our control.
- Will-Call
- If your tickets need to be picked up at the Box Office or other designated location, we require you to complete and fax or scan to us a credit card authorization form along with legible copies of your driver's license and the credit card (front and back) that was used. We may also require a signed copy of the invoice.
- This is done to protect both of us against fraudulent use.
- Your order will be cancelled if this documentation is not provided.
- OnlineTickets.com is not responsible for tickets left at will-call or any other location if client fails to pick up their ordered tickets.
- Please call your agent immediately if tickets are not at will-call or other designated location.
- Weather
- Postponement or cancellation of events due to weather conditions are beyond the control of OnlineTickets.com
- No refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions, will be made by OnlineTickets.com
- Customer assumes all weather risks, as there will be NO refunds for rainouts or other weather conditions, acts of Nature or other events that disrupt play.
- All events purchased through us should be considered as "rain-or-shine" final purchases.
- Transportation
- OnlineTickets.com shall not be held responsible for damages, for delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of OnlineTickets.com
- Credit card payment
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- Your name and home address must exactly match the address on your monthly credit card statement or the transaction will be denied. The billing address will be verified with your credit card company.
- Failure to provide a correct billing address will result in delays in processing your order, which may result in tickets not being available.
- You must be able to receive the tickets at the credit card billing address and someone must be available to sign for the tickets when they arrive.
- OnlineTickets.com will not be responsible for undeliverable tickets.
- It is a violation of law to place an order in a false name or with an invalid credit card.
- Please be aware that if you do not give us your real name, your web browser transmits a unique Internet address to us that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you.
- Fraudulent users will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- Placing an order through our website acknowledges that you hereby authorize OnlineTickets.com to charge your credit card for this order and subsequent phone purchases.
- Orders exceeding $999 require a credit card authorization to be processed.
- All international orders require a credit card authorization
- Gift Cards
- Protect your Gift Card number and treat it as you would cash.
- OnlineTicket.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.
- If your order total exceeds the amount of your Gift Card, the remaining amount will be charged to your credit card. If your order total is less than the amount of your Gift Card, the balance will remain on your Gift Card and may be used toward future purchases.
- Balance remaining on card is not refundable or redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to a credit card, except where required by law.
- Some cards carry expiration dates, as stated on the back of the card.
- Card is subject to state and federal laws and regulations, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction and may change from time to time. Therefore, terms and conditions affecting the Gift Cards are subject to change without notice. Void where prohibited.
- Tickets
- Upon deliver of tickets, you must review all documents for accuracy. Call your agent immediately if there is a discrepancy e-mail Sales@OnlineTickets.com .
- OnlineTickets.com will not be responsible for any discrepancies if you do not contact us within 24 hours after receiving tickets.
- When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place.
- Tickets can not be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged.
- Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
- Ticket resale laws
- Void where prohibited. In some states or municipalities, we may only offer ticket/travel packages that include event tickets and one or more of the following: party, dinner, transportation and/or accommodations.
- Attention New Jersey Residents:
- Ticket resale statutes in New Jersey currently prohibit brokers from selling tickets for events taking place in the state of New Jersey to New Jersey residents.
- Attention New York Residents:
- Ticket resale statutes in New York currently prohibit brokers from selling tickets for events taking place in the state of New York to New York residents.
- Attention Connecticut Residents:
- Ticket resale statutes in Connecticut currently prohibit brokers from selling tickets for events taking place in the state of Connecticut to Connecticut residents.
- Governing law
- This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, United States of America , without regard to its conflict of laws and provisions.
- You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the state of Texas, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement.
- To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this Site must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued.
- General
- Attorney's fees
- If OnlineTickets.com or its affiliates take any action to enforce this Agreement and these terms and conditions, such parties will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled.
- Injunctive relief
- You acknowledge that a violation or attempted violation of any of this Agreement and these terms and conditions will cause such damage to OnlineTickets.com as will be irreparable, the exact amount of which would be difficult to ascertain and for which there will be no adequate remedy at law.
- Accordingly, you agree that OnlineTickets.com shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by you, or your affiliates, partners, or agents, as well as recover from you any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by OnlineTickets.com in obtaining such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees.
- You agree that no bond or other security shall be required in connection with such injunction.
- Termination
- OnlineTickets.com may terminate this Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this Site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which OnlineTickets.com and its third party providers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity.
- Upon termination of this Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to OnlineTickets.com and its third party providers or distributors, as applicable.
- Assignment
- You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.
- Modification
- OnlineTickets.com may at any time modify these terms and conditions, and your continued use of this Site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
- No warranties
- Unless specifically agreed in writing as otherwise, all products, services, advice, merchandise and information available through this Site are provided on an "as is", "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Without limiting the above, no warranty or guarantee is made:
- That a User will receive the lowest available price for goods and/or services available through this Site.
- Regarding the availability of products and/or services through this Site or, where applicable, at any participating retailer or retailer location.
- That the use of this Site and all software, products or services associated with this Site will be error free.
- Regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of this Site.
- Regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability or quality of any information content, data, service, advice or merchandise provided or available through this Site.
- You expressly agree that the use of this Site is at your sole risk.
- Third parties
- If you use this Site to submit orders for or on behalf of a third party ("Third Party"), you are responsible for any error in the accuracy of information provided in connection with such use.
- In addition, you must inform the Third Party of all Terms and Conditions applicable to all products or services acquired through this Site include all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.
- Each User using this Site for or on behalf of a Third Party agrees to indemnify and hold OnlineTickets.com and/or its agents, employees, and/or affiliates (Covered Party) harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits and claims (including the costs of defense), relating to the Third Party's or the User's failure to fulfill any of its obligations as described above.
- User is directly responsible for any orders submitted included related fees, charges and performance obligations.
- Additional terms
- Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this Site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.
- Severability
- These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable , in the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid; such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
- Headings
- The heading used in this Agreement is included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect the terms and conditions herein.
- Age
- You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of your use of this Site.
- Personal Use
- This Site is intended for personal, noncommercial use.
- Ticket disclaimer
- This tickets purchased from this Site are a revocable license and may be revoked and admission refused upon returning the printed price thereon.
- The facility reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating facility rules, local, state, or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.
- Persons entering each facility are subject to being searched for contraband, alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, cameras, video equipment, recording devices which are expressly forbidden in or on facility premises and subject to confiscation.
- No smoking in facility.
- No re-entry to facility on ticket stubs.
- No bottles, coolers, or containers allowed in facility.
- OnlineTickets.com, the building management, producers, its agents and participants assume no liability for injuries sustained by ticket holder while in attendance at this event.
- OnlineTickets.com shall not be liable if the event producers make any changes to the event, seating configuration, time, and/or date.
- E-Mail
- None of the Covered Parties are responsible for any errors or delays in responding to an order caused by an incorrect e-mail address provided by you or other technical problems beyond their control.
- Entire agreement
- This Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understanding or agreement (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this Site.
- Agreement acceptance
- Submitting an order online or via fax indicates your AGREEMENT to these terms and conditions.
