The Offspring tickets have been favorites since the 1990s, and are still going strong. It would be hard to imagine modern radio without songs like “Come Out and Play (Keep ‘em Separated),” “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy),” and “The Kids Aren’t Alright” flooding the airwaves. All of these rockin’ classics and more are all thanks to Punk mavericks the Offspring.
The world’s biggest Punk band never disappoints its fans, either in the recording studio or in concert. In 2009, the Offspring will continue their long history of touring, this time with the Dropkick Murphys. Order your premium Offspring tickets from OnlineTickets.com today!
With a musical style that embraces several genres and many generations of music, the Offspring devised a one-of-a-kind sound that has been a staple of modern radio for more than a decade. Over the band’s long career, the Offspring has also influenced many artists and helped revive the American Punk movement. From the Offspring’s start in 1984, the core of the band – Dexter Holland, Noodles, and Greg K. – has stayed together and kept the Offspring as one of modern Punk’s biggest bands.
After many years in the 1980s Punk underground scene, the Offspring found indie-music success with a pair of albums Offspring and Ignition. The two albums sold well enough for the Offspring to gain spots on huge tours and secure a wider fan base. No one could have predicted the multi-platinum success of the Offspring’s album Smash. Leadoff single “Come Out and Play (Keep ‘em Separated)” was an instant hit, quickly reached No. 1, and catapulted the Offspring to superstardom over night, while follow-up singles “Gotta Get Away” and “Self Esteem” also lit up the charts.
In 1996, follow-up Ixnay on the Hombre was released to multi-platinum success thanks to singles “All I Want” and “Gone Away.” In 1998, the Offspring released their signature album Americana – the biggest hit of the Offspring’s career. “Pretty Fly (for a White Guy)” found a permanent home on the radio. The comedy style was contrasted by the generation exposé “The Kids Aren’t Alright.” “Why Don’t You Get a Job?” proved to be yet another big hit.
The Offspring moved into the 21st century as one of the world’s biggest bands. Several multi-platinum albums would follow along with a string of radio hits. Recent album Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace yielded several hits, including No. 1 “You’re Gonna Go Far, Kid.” The Offspring are back on tour in 2009 and will bring with them the Alkaline Trio, the Dropkick Murphys, and Sum 41 on select tour dates.
